This Coconut Dandy Blend Smoothie couldn’t be easier! The recipe is below and also on our blog at DandyBlend.com along with many other delicious recipes.
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
1 teaspoon Dandy Blend
1 banana
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon coconut, shredded
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of sea salt
½ to 1 cup of ice
Optional—vanilla protein powder
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a blender on medium speed until well incorporated.
Pour into a cup and sprinkle with more coconut flakes if desired.
